This episode follows on from episode #11.  Whereas our previous podcast discussed the correct supplements for your workout and to help achieve  training goals, this episode discusses which supplements can help promote better health and wellness for your body and mind.

James Buckingham and I are discussing supplements such as fish oils, magnesium, probiotics, vitamin D3 and more. All related to general health, digestive and heart health, and all in all ensuring you understand how you can help to combat stress, sleep issues, weight gain and more.

The underlying message here though, is to ensure you get the food that you are eating correct first, supplements will benefit you after that where necessary.
